Baseline Questionnaire (BQ) Datasets
The Baseline Questionnaire (BQ) was administered at baseline to participants in both arms of the trial. Data includes baseline risk factors such as demographics, history of health, smoking, NSAIDS and gender specific details. The BQ is included on all primary cancer datasets (e.g. prostate, lung, colorectal). Additionally, the BQ is available as a standalone dataset. For each dataset, a Data Dictionary that describes the data is publicly available. In order to obtain the actual data in SAS or CSV format, you must begin a data-only request. Data will be delivered once the project is approved and data transfer agreements are completed.
