The following IDATA DHQ II dataset(s) are available for delivery on CDAS. For each dataset, a Data Dictionary that describes the data is publicly available. In order to obtain the actual data in SAS or CSV format, you must begin a data-only request. Data will be delivered once the project is approved and data transfer agreements are completed.

Datasets and Data Dictionaries

Data Dictionary (PDF - 470.9 KB)	1. The DHQ II Admin 1 Food Frequencies dataset (140,745 records for 916 participants) contains one record per food associated with the first administration of the DHQ.
Data Dictionary (PDF - 470.8 KB)	2. The DHQ II Admin 2 Food Frequencies dataset (104,218 records for 801 participants) contains one record per food associated with the second administration of the DHQ.
Data Dictionary (PDF - 722.7 KB)	3. The DHQ II Nutrient File dataset (1,110 records for 1,110 participants) contains one record per person with an array of the two administrations.
Data Dictionary (PDF - 766.2 KB)	4. The DHQ II Raw Questionnaire dataset (1,718 records for 1,007 participants) contains one record per person per administration.
Data Dictionary (PDF - 183.7 KB)	5. The DHQ II Accounting dataset (1,082 records for 1,082 participants) contains one record per participant and provides a summary of who has DHQ data.
